How did Sharmon do it?

  1. Strength trained at the X Gym for 20 minutes, twice a week for first 2 months and 3 times a week for the last month (contest schedule).

  2. Cardio trained at the X Gym for 20 minutes, twice a week for first 2 months and 3 times a week for the last month (contest schedule).

  3. Drank 10-12 glasses of water each day.

  4. Kept protein above 150 grams per day, carbs below 150 grams per day (mostly from leafy and green vegetables), and ate low fat.

Individual results vary, but everyone experiences success at the X Gym.
