EFT Shortcut Cheat Sheet

 

· Get yourself worked up first. It is important to be "in the craving" for this to be effective.

· Maintain focus on the craving during set up and tapping.    

· Rate your craving 1-10 before starting and then re-rate after each tapping succession.

· If the craving is not reduced after 2 tapping cycles, repeat the set up.

· Use EFT for stress reduction, anxiety, phobias, and any other nerve pathway training!

 

 

 

 

        1.) Set up phrase (repeat 3 times): “Even though I crave _____, I deeply and completely accept myself.” while rubbing one of 

        these sore spots (lymph congestion area):     

       

     2.) Tap these points while saying the reminder phrase "this craving":
