You’ve seen the hit TV show “Biggest Loser” and now is your chance as an X Gym member to participate in your own competition right here at your very own X Gym! You will get to compete against members from the other X Gyms as well as your own for a grand prize of a trip to Las Vegas for fun in the sun and a visit to the top US fitness convention of the year. Even if you don’t end up winning the grand prize you will still be a winner because you will most certainly be a loser just for participating! |

Overview:

· Contest begins January 7th. · Judged on change in body fat percentage instead of scale weight. · Individualized
nutrition and exercise counseling provided for every contestant who request it! · 7
First round winners (3 men, 3 women and 1 wild card) from each club chosen March
7th . · 4
semi-finalists (2 men, 2 women) from each club chosen May 7th. · 2
finalists (1 man and 1 woman) from each club chosen July 7th. · Overall

Biggest Loser Contest Details:
|
Muscle gained will only help
you with this contest so lift away because the more muscle you add, the lower
your fat percentage goes. This protocol also makes water fluctuations irrelevant
so women have no disadvantage. An even number of men and women are chosen as
finalists for each phase to further reduce gender bias.
All entrants will receive: ·
Full assessments to determine body
composition and circumference measurements. ·
Customized and ongoing nutrition
plan. ·
Internet based food analysis. ·
Before and after pictures. ·
Individualized cardio program. ·
Ongoing phone and e-mail coaching. The overall winner receives
air, car rental and hotel with admission to the Olympia
Weekend fitness expo from Friday, September 28th to Sunday, September
30th. Sign
